General

The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements concerning acting assignments, voice over work and presentations provided by Relinde de Graaff.

Prices and Agent

For price information you can contact agent Thijs Konings (Flicks Producties) during office hours at telephone number 0031-641013168 or via thijs@flicks.nu. All prices quoted by Relinde de Graaff and / or Thijs Konings (Flicks Producties) are exclusive of VAT and travel expenses, unless agreed otherwise in writing or by e-mail. In case of evening and weekend bookings 125% will be charged unless otherwise agreed in writing or by e-mail.

Payment

The payment term is 30 days after the invoice date. The invoice can be sent by Relinde de Graaff or by her agent Thijs Konings (Flicks Producties).
Possible collection and interest fees due to late payment are at the expense of the client.

Cancellation

Cancellation must always be done in writing or by e-mail.
In case of cancellation of a booking up to 10 working days in advance, the full price is due.
In case of cancellation of a booking from 11 to 15 working days in advance, 50% of the total price is due.
In case of cancellation of a booking from 16 to 20 working days in advance, 25% of the total price is due.

Acceptance

By signing the order confirmation or by agreeing via e-mail, the client accepts and agrees to be bound by the aforementioned terms and conditions.
